I recently completed a day 30 cleanse from Isagenix. Someone I know recommended it with high praise so I decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised with the results, losing 15 lbs and several inches around my waist in the 30 days.

Today's healthy recipe is from a blog calledDewey's Treehouse,which also contains links to pages with information about the healthy eating benefits from kasha. Because it is made from buckwheat, which is not a grain, kasha is useful for those who are trying to eliminate gluten from their diets.

With the snow and ice outside, my cardio routines have been getting a bit boring…for both mind and body.
