Are you feeling a bit fatter because of all the food that you have eaten over Christmas, or even a bit guilty because of doing that, if so then read on. Some scientists have found that the last thing for a prolonged amount of time, you may be able to burn the same amount of calories by laughing compared to lifting weights for a period of time.
