Great Medicaments

A few months ago I was talking to a buddy of mine that happens to be an avid runner. He is a mad man when he runs and I like to think that he kicks ass-phault (I saw that slogan on a shirt)! He is always talking about entering races, running times, and Gatorade. He even plans on running the upcoming Boston Marathon, as well as a few smaller local Tampa races.
